Tuna melt with a heart healthy tortilla Ingredients:
1 whole what tortilla |
2 oz. tuna light canned in water |
1/2 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded |
1/8 cup onions, finely diced |
1 tbsp miracle whip |
Directions:
1. Combine tuna, chopped onions and Miracle whip. 2. Spread tuna mixture on half of the tortilla, then top with shredded cheese. Fold over the tortilla. 3. In a heated pan, use a light oil spray (like pam) and fry the quesadilla. A few minutes on each side, to melt the cheese. 4. Enjoy. |
