Whole Wheat Tuna Quesadilla

Tuna melt with a heart healthy tortilla
Ingredients:
1 whole what tortilla
2 oz. tuna light canned in water
1/2 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/8 cup onions, finely diced
1 tbsp miracle whip
Directions:
1. Combine tuna, chopped onions and Miracle whip.
2. Spread tuna mixture on half of the tortilla, then top with shredded cheese. Fold over the tortilla.
3. In a heated pan, use a light oil spray (like pam) and fry the quesadilla. A few minutes on each side, to melt the cheese.
4. Enjoy.
