Whole Wheat Sweet Potato Bread Ingredients:
300 g sweet potato |
300 g whole wheat flour |
1 tsp baking powder |
2 tbsp olive oil |
2 tsp oregano |
Directions:
1. Bake/Microwave enough sweet potato to mash to give 300g 2. Combine cooked potato with other ingredients and enough water to form a dough (about 65ml) 3. Bake at 200C for about 25-30 minutes until the loaf, when turned upside down and tapped on the base, sounds as if it is hollow. |
