Whole Wheat & Soymilk Banana Pancakes |

This recipe has been adapted from the Better Homes & Gardens New Cookbook, 10th edition. I prefer to use vanilla soymilk rather than the plain variety. Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 cup soya milk |
1 egg |
1 tablespoon oil |
1 mashed banana |
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients. 2. Add wet ingredients. 3. Pour onto hot griddle. |
