Pam's buttermilk pancakes with ww and soy flour Ingredients:
2 eggs |
1 cup buttermilk, lowfat |
3/4 cup whole wheat flour |
1/4 cup soy flour |
2 tsp baking powder |
1 tsp baking soda |
Directions:
1. Whisk two eggs and blend in the buttermilk. Blend the dry ingredients together and add to the buttermilk, egg mixture, mixing only until dry ingredients are blended in. Don't overmix. |
