Whole Wheat Popovers

These are so easy and so good. Try them with my Dilled Chicken Pasta Salad. YUM!
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon unsalted margarine, melted
1/4 teaspoon salt
vegetable oil cooking spray
Directions:
1. Place eggs and milk in container of an electric blender; process until bubbly. Add flour, margarine, and salt; process until smooth.
2. Place a muffin pan coated with cooking spray in a 450 degree oven 3 minutes or until very hot.
3. Spoon batter into muffin pan, filling two-thirds full.
4. Bake at 425°F for 20 minutes; reduce heat to 350°F, and bake 10 minutes.
5. Prick each popover with a fork to let steam.
6. escape, and bake an additional 5 minutes.
