From BHG. Great for brunch. Ingredients:
1/2 cup all-purpose flour |
1/2 cup whole wheat flour |
1 tablespoon butter, melted (no substitutes) |
2 large eggs |
1 cup milk |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 450 degree F. 2. Generously grease 12 muffin cups. 3. Place in oven to heat 2 minutes. 4. Meanwhile, combine eggs, milk, flours, melted butter, and salt in blender container. Blend just until smooth, scraping side of container as needed. 5. Pour into hot muffin cups. 6. Bake 25 minutes. 7. Remove from pan and serve immediately. |
