Whole Wheat Pizza/Calzone Dough

yummy whole wheat dough-easy to prepare
Ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tbsp yeast
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp sugar
1 1/2 c water (110 degrees)
1 tsp salt
Directions:
1. disolve sugar in water
2. add yeast to water to proof
3. put yeasty water in large bowl
4. add olive oil and salt
5. add whole wheat flour and 1 cup of all purpose flour
6. mix to combine
7. knead in as much of the remaining flour as needed
8. knead (if by hand) for at least 10 minutes
9. let rise to double in bulk
10. punch down, cut in half for two crusts (freeze/refidgerate one half at this point if you choose)
11. let rise again
12. shape as needed for crust/calzone, bake as directed or at 425F until golden brown and done
