Low Calorie healthy pizza. Use 2 whole wheat tortillas or 56 g each
Ingredients:
112 g whole wheat tortilla
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup bell pepper
1/2 cup low fat cheddar cheese
6 oz sausage
1/4 cup tomato sauce
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450
2. Brown sausage in frying pan
3. spread tomato sauce on 2 whole wheat tortillas
4. layer on low fat cheese
5. sprinkle bell pepper and onion on pizza
6. put cooked sausage on pizza (about 10 quarter size bites on each tortilla)
7. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 min
