Ingredients:
2 (6-inch) whole-wheat pitas |
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt |
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°. 2. Split each pita in half horizontally to form 2 rounds. Brush rough sides of pita halves with oil. Combine pepper, salt, and cumin; sprinkle evenly over pita halves. Cut each pita half into 8 wedges. Arrange, rough side up, in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 375° for 14 minutes or until browned at edges and crisp. |
