Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup creasmy peanut butter
1 1/2 tbs sugar
2 fork beaten eggs
2 1/4 cups milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
1. With electric mixer, blend all in a bowl
2. Spray heated waffle iron with cooking spray or brush with some butter
3. Fill a medium size ladle with batter and cook in the waffle iron until done
