2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour |
4 tsp baking powder |
1/2 cup creasmy peanut butter |
1 1/2 tbs sugar |
2 fork beaten eggs |
2 1/4 cups milk |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
1/4 tsp salt |
Directions:
1. With electric mixer, blend all in a bowl 2. Spray heated waffle iron with cooking spray or brush with some butter 3. Fill a medium size ladle with batter and cook in the waffle iron until done |
