Nice pre-marathon carb load salad Ingredients:
200 gram penne pasta |
2 cups corn |
1 1/2 cup broccoli |
1 tomato |
2 tbsp pesto |
184 gram tuna ( 1 can) |
2 tbsp olive oil |
1 tbsp white wine vinegar |
1 salt |
1 pepper |
1 tspn dijon mustard |
Directions:
1. Boil penne pasta as per instructions 2. Steam Broccoli and Corn 3. Core and dice tomatoes 4. Combine all ingredients and add 1 can of tuna 5. Dressing 6. Comibine Oil, Vinegar, Salt, Pepper and Mustard, blend until smooth 7. Dress salad with Dressing |
