Ingredients:
1/2 pound(s) whole wheat pasta |
1/2 cup(s) walnut pieces |
1/2 cup(s) feta cheese |
1/2 cup(s) diced red onion |
2 tablespoon(s) olive oil |
2 tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar |
1 clove(s) garlic minced |

Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to directions 2. drain and rinse and chill 3. Toast walnuts over medium heat 3 to 5 minutes and cool down 4. chop walnuts 5. In large bowl toss the walnuts and pasta and feta cheese , onion and spinach leaves 6. In a small bowl, which oil, vinegar, garlic and mustard 7. Pour this dressing over pasta and toss 8. Season with salt and pepper |
