pancackes made with whole wheat pastry flour, wheat germ and buttermilk. Ingredients:
2 eggs, lightly beaten |
1/4 cup canola oil |
2 cups buttermilk |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
1/2 cup wheat germ |
1 1/2 cups whole wheat pastry flour |
Directions:
1. Mix eggs, oil and buttermilk. Add dry ingredients. 2. Cook on medium heat. 3. Serving size is 2 6-inch cakes. |
