homemade pancakes from scratch Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour |
2 tsp baking powder |
1/4 tsp salt |
2 eggs |
1 1/4 cup soy milk |
2 tbs vegetable oil |
1/4 cups fresh blueberries |
1/4 cups maple syrup |
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients. Beat in eggs and blend in soy milk and oil. Gently mix in blueberries. Heat up griddle with a small amount of oil. Place batter onto hot griddle and turn when bubbles appear. Add syrup and enjoy! |
