nutty whole wheat pancakes Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour |
2 cups all-purpose flour |
3 teaspoons baking powder |
3 tablespoons white sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
3 1/2 cups skim milk |
3 eggs |
1/3 cup butter, melted |
Directions:
1. mix dry ingredients in one bowl, and wet in another. 2. Combine when just ready to cook. 3. Fry in hot pan (don't use oil if you use a nonstick pan). |
