Great healthy pancakes that fill you up! Ingredients:
2 eggs |
2 1/2 c. milk |
2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce |
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour |
4 tbsp sugar |
4 tsp. baking powder |
1 tsp salt |
Directions:
1. Combine wet ingredients together. Add dry ingredients to egg/water mixture. Cook on griddle. |
