Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon honey
3 tablespoons oil (optional)
1 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
Directions:
1. Beat the eggs well, then add buttermilk, honey, and oil.
2. Mix the dry ingredients in a different bowl, then combine with the wet ingredients.
3. Mix until smooth texture, but not too much because of the baking powder. Cook on griddle on Med. heat.
