These delicious buttermilk pancakes are quick and easy and have a sweet, nutty flavor from the whole wheat and honey. Found this recipe Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon honey |
3 tablespoons oil (optional) |
1 cup buttermilk |
2 eggs |
Directions:
1. Beat the eggs well, then add buttermilk, honey, and oil. 2. Mix the dry ingredients in a different bowl, then combine with the wet ingredients. 3. Mix until smooth texture, but not too much because of the baking powder. Cook on griddle on Med. heat. |
