Lighter and still tasty. Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup skim milk |
1 egg |
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil |
1/2 tsp salt |
2 tbsp sugar |
1 cup whole wheat flour |
2 tsp baking powder |
Directions:
1. Pour first 5 ingredients in Vitamix and run on variable 5 for 5 seconds. Add remaining two ingredients and run on high 10 for 10 seconds. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto heated non-stick skillet. When bubbly, flip. Cook for about another minute and serve warm. |
