Made with a 100% whole wheat flour and quick oats
Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups oats
2 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp sugar
2 eggs
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 3/4 cups skim milk
1 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients together. Add the eggs,milk, and oil. Mix until smooth. Pour 1/3 cup batter onto a hot griddle or frying pan and cook. Flip over when bubbles rise to the surface and the bottom is golden brown.
