Made with a 100% whole wheat flour and quick oats Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour |
1 1/2 cups oats |
2 tsp baking powder |
3 tbsp sugar |
2 eggs |
3 tbsp vegetable oil |
1 3/4 cups skim milk |
1 1/2 tbsp cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients together. Add the eggs,milk, and oil. Mix until smooth. Pour 1/3 cup batter onto a hot griddle or frying pan and cook. Flip over when bubbles rise to the surface and the bottom is golden brown. |
