Very filling, stick to your ribs, yet healthy! Tastes great with pure maple syrup! Add frozen fruit or fresh fruit for added flavor. Ingredients:
2 cups quick oats |
1 cup whole wheat flour |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons honey |
2 cups buttermilk |
2 large eggs |
3 tablespoons canola oil |
1 teaspoon almond extract |
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients. 2. Mix wet ingredients. 3. Mix all ingredients together. 4. Spoon 1/4 cup of mix onto hot greased pan. |
