                    Slightly sweet, and very fiberous! The beast way to sart your day! Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                2 cups freshly ground oats  |  
                                                1 1/2 cups freshly ground flour  |  
                                                1 teaspoon baking soda  |  
                                                1 teaspoon salt  |  
                                                1 teaspoon baking powder  |  
                                                1 teaspoon cinnamon  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon nutmeg  |  
                                                1 egg  |  
                                                1/2 cup oil (no evo!)  |  
                                                1/2 cup honey  |  
                                                1 cup buttermilk  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Preheat oven to 400*. Spray, or line, one 12 cup miffin pan, and half of a 6 cup muffin pan. set aside; 2. Whisk together dry ingredients. In a two cup measure, measure oil, then honey, then butter milk, then egg. Pour into dry ingredients, whisk until all clumps are gone. Pour 1/4 batter in each muffin pan. (you should get 15 muffins).
