These Are So Healthy and Good For You and They Taste Outstanding!!! Dates and Raisins are Awesome in These Muffins! Ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat flour |
1 tsp. baking powder |
1 tsp. baking soda |
1/2 tsp. salt |
1/2 cup canola oil |
1/2 cup maple syrup |
1 tsp. cinnamon |
1 cup water |
1/4 cup chopped dates |
1/4 cup raisins |
Directions:
1. Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl. 2. Next combine wet ingredients in a bowl 3. and then mix well with dry ingredients. 4. Pour into prepared muffin pans 5. and bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes. |
