2/3 cup flour |
4 teaspoons baking powder |
1/4 cup ground flax seeds |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 cup whole wheat flour |
1/4 cup egg beaters egg substitute |
1 cup low-fat milk |
4 tablespoons melted margarine |
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients, except whole wheat flour. 2. Add whole wheat flour. 3. Beat egg beaters, milk and shortening together. 4. Stir into dry ingredients just enough to dampen. 5. Bake 400F 15-18 mins. |
