Whole wheat low fat muffins. Ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat flour |
1/2 cup splenda sugar substitute |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 cup low-fat yogurt |
2 tablespoons canola oil |
1/4 cup skim milk |
Directions:
1. mix dry ingredients. 2. Add wet ingredients. 3. Add more milk if it is too thick. 4. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. 5. Makes 12 muffins. |
