Whole Wheat Loaf With Mixed Grains And Feta Cheese

loafs are great, this one is whole wheat loaf and I add feta cheese inseide the loaf, it's just fantastic
Ingredients:
2 cups of hot water
1 tbs dry yeast
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tbs sugar
1/2 cup of butter
poppy seeds
1 cup of uncooked mixed grains
1 cup of whole wheat flour
1 cup of chopped feta cheese
3 cups of flour
1 egg
Directions:
1. Place hot water and yeast in a huge bowl, add sugar, poppy seeds, mixed grains, let it cool
2. Add whole wheat flour, egg, all purpose flour, salt and butter, mix well.
3. Knead until dough is very smooth and doesn't stick to your hands or bowl.
4. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise until double or triple.
5. punch down and knead again until smoth
6. let the dough rise again, When doubled, punch down again
7. cut dough in half. on a floured table roll each dough as this as you can sprinkle chopped cheese evenly
8. roll dough into loafs(with cheese inseide), let it rise again,
9. brush thesurface of the loafs with water
10. bake for 30 - 40 mins
