Whole Wheat Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins

I love lemon poppy seed muffins. Here's a way to make them a little healthier.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup unbleached white flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon poppy seed
1 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons oil
1/4 cup sugar
2 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
2 teaspoons grated fresh lemons, rind of
Directions:
1. In large bowl, combine both flours, baking powder, baking soda, and poppy seeds.
2. In another bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients; add to dry mixture, mixing just until moistened.
3. Divide mixture evenly into eight greased muffin cups; bake 10-15 minutes at 400 degrees, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean, and remove muffins to a rack to cool.
