Whole Wheat Herb Pizza Crust

Healthier Pizza Crust
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp yeast
2 t extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried thyme
Directions:
1. Except for warm water, combine all ingredients in Kitchen Aid mixer with dough hook. (If no Kitchen Aid, no problem, just combine in large bowl.) With mixer running, slowly add the water until dough pulls away from the sides of bowl. Stop occasional to scrap sides of bowl. Put in lightly oiled bowl and cover with a lint free cloth, and put in a draft free place until dough has doubled.
2. Dough should make 5-6 individual thin pizza crusts, depending on how thick or thin you roll your dough. Add whatever ingredients you wish.
