Whole Wheat Flaxseed Pancakes

Our favorite pancakes ever! They also happen to be dairy free and good for you.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup flaxseeds, ground
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 beaten egg
1 cup ricemilk or water
2 tablespoons canola oil
Directions:
1. Mix together dry ingredients.
2. In a different bowl, mix wet ingredients.
3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir just until moistened.
4. Let sit for a few minutes.
5. Cook in a skillet over medium heat. Turn when surfaces are bubbly and edges start to dry.
