Whole-Wheat Fettuccine With Shrimp & Peas |

I got this recipe from Fitness magazine. Very easy to make. Delicious and full of flavor. Ingredients:
8 ounces whole wheat pasta |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1/2 lb small shrimp |
1/2 cup chopped tomato |
2 teaspoons minced garlic cloves |
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped |
1/2 cup frozen peas, rinsed and drained |
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Heat olive oil in a nonstick pan. Add shrimp, tomatoes, garlic and rosemary; saute 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add peas; cook, stirring frequently, for 2 minutes more. Toss shrimp mixture with cooked drained pasta. Top with grated Parmesan cheese. |
