This is a common crepe receipe that has been modified to meet my suger free requirements, but still taste great. Ingredients:
1 egg |
1 cup almond milk (use fit for life receipe or buy in organic) |
1/2 cup whole wheat flour |
1 tbl butter |
2 packets of equal |
1 tbl oil |
---filling ingredients |
standard fruit perservatives of your choice |
nutella |
Directions:
1. Pre-heat pan med heat with touch of oil 2. Mix all ingredients in a blender 3. Pour 1/4 cup (or to taste) in middle of pan 4. Rotate and turn pan to expand batter and flatten as thin as possible 5. Cook until golden brown on bottom and flip 6. Cool for a few more seconds and remove 7. Stack crepes on warm plate with Foil cover 8. -serving directions- 9. Spread favorite preservative or spread across bottom half 10. Roll crepe starting from bottom in 1 inch flat rolls. 11. My Favorite: Strawberry with Nutella mix (I know, ruins my sugar free recipe....but it's sooooo good) |
