A healthy side, and very quick to put together Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour |
1 cup cornmeal |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup honey |
2 tablespoons canola oil |
1 cup skim milk |
1 egg, beaten |
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and stif until just combined. 2. Pour into a greased 8 x 8 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. 3. Allow to cool slightly before cutting. |
