                    This is just a basic corn bread recipe with a few healthy modifications. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 cup cornmeal  |  
                                                1 cup whole wheat flour  |  
                                                1 tablespoon sugar  |  
                                                1 teaspoon salt  |  
                                                1 tablespoon baking powder  |  
                                                1 1/4 cups milk  |  
                                                2 eggs  |  
                                                2 tablespoons vegetable oil  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl. 2. Mix wet ingredients in a small bowl. 3. Add wet ingredients to the dry and mix just until smooth. 4.
