Yummy, healthy, easy to prepare muffins. Ingredients:
1/2 cup canola oil |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1 cup unsweetened applesauce |
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 cup raisins |
Directions:
1. Mix in order as listed. 2. Do not over beat. 3. Spoon into greased muffin tins. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 19 minutes. |
