Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups boiling water
Directions:
1. Thermos Method - Place in quart sized thermos, screw top on lightly. Leave overnight.
2. Gas Range Method - Place ingredients in a pan over the piolet light all ni9ght.
3. Crock Pot Method - Use 2 1/2 Cups water. Cook 6-8 hours or overnight on low.
