Whole Wheat Bread in Breadmaker |

After playing with different ingredients I came up with a simple healthy whole wheat bread recipe that is quick and nutritional. It requires a breadmaker. Ingredients:
15 ounces water |
3 tablespoons ground flax seeds (or 1 tablespoon olive oil) |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
2 tablespoons honey |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1/3 cup sunflower seeds |
1/2 cup oats |
2 cups whole wheat flour |
2 cups bread flour |
2 teaspoons vital wheat gluten |
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast |
Directions:
1. Put ingredients in order listed into the breadmaker. Set the breadmaker on whole wheat cycle. |
