                    Bread Machine Light Whole wheat Bread Can be made entirely in bread machine but will be much denser I add 4 tsps of Hodgson Mill vital wheat gluten for either process Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 1/2 cup white whole wheat flour  |  
                                                1/2 cup wheat flour, unbleached  |  
                                                7 oz 1% milk  |  
                                                2 tsp olive oil  |  
                                                1/2 tsp salt  |  
                                                1 t honey  |  
                                                1 tsp dry yeast  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Put all ingredients in Bread Machine and process on  dough  cycle 2. When cycle is finished, remove dough to a greased bowl and let rise for 30 munites or until doubled in size 3. Turn out onto lightly floured surface and shape into a loaf 4. Place loaf into greased loaf pan and let rise until the center of loaf reaches top of pan 5. Bake at 375 deg. for 25 - 30 minutes                              |
