Moist, high in protien, good fat, and all natural! Ingredients:
1 cup water |
1/4 cup honey |
1/4 cup light olive oil |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 egg |
4 teaspoons yeast |
2 3/4 cups whole wheat flour |
1/4 cup vital wheat gluten |
1/8 teaspoon ginger powder |
Directions:
1. Pour into breadmaker in order given. 2. Make dough on dough cycle. 3. Shape loaf into greased loaf pan. 4. Bake 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or more. |
