With or without the cornmeal, this recipe is great.
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups warm water
1 1/2 tablespoons powdered milk
1/3 cup honey
3 tablespoons margarine, softened
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup cornmeal
2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into the pan of the bread maker in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Press Start.
