With or without the cornmeal, this recipe is great. Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups warm water |
1 1/2 tablespoons powdered milk |
1/3 cup honey |
3 tablespoons margarine, softened |
2 tablespoons white sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
3 cups whole wheat flour |
1/4 cup cornmeal |
2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into the pan of the bread maker in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Press Start. |
