Whole Wheat Bread

A hearty whole wheat bread with no white flour, and a nice taste of olive oil.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons yeast
2 cups warm water
1/4 cup honey
3/4 cup olive oil
2 eggs
6 cups whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons salt
Directions:
1. Dissolve yeast in water and honey for about 5 minutes. Place all ingredients in mixing bowl and knead until it loosens from sides of the bowl.
2. Place in large oiled bowl, cover and let rise until about double. Be sure it is in a warm place.
3. Remove and shape into loaves, rolls, or buns. Allow to rise in a warm place for about 15-20 minutes.
4. Bake at about 375 degrees until browned, 20-25 minutes for loaves and 18-19 minutes for buns.
