This is a healthy wheat bread. My kids enjoy it, especially with jam and cream cheese. Ingredients:
11 ounces water |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1 teaspoon sugar substitute |
1/8 teaspoon sugar |
1 tablespoon molasses |
3 1/2 cups whole wheat flour |
2 teaspoons vital wheat gluten |
1/4 cup flax seed meal |
2 teaspoons dry yeast |
Directions:
1. place all ingredients in bread machine according to manufactures directions for your machine. |
