blueberry muffins made with whole wheat flour and very low fat
Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk
1/4 cup applesauce
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 egg whites
2 cups whole-wheat flour
1/3 cup sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup blueberries
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. mix liquid ingredients
3. add in dry ingredients, mix to moisten
4. fold in blueberries
5. pour/spoon into muffin tin
6. bake 20-25 minutes
7. transfer to wire rack to cool
