Whole Wheat Banana Snack Bread |

still testing and making changes, wanted to post this to get the nutrition info. Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/4 cup sugar |
4 ounces yogurt (like lowfat activia) |
1 banana (mashed and ripe) |
1/2 cup chocolate chips |
1/2 cup walnuts |
Directions:
1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Mix First three dry ingredients together. Add in the yogurt, mashed banana and stir until completely moistened(you may need a tablespoon or two more yogurt). Add the chocolate chips and walnuts. Bake about 27 minute. |
