a healthy, delicious, guilt-free breakfast Ingredients:
1 banana |
1 cup whole wheat flour |
1 cup milk |
2 egg whites |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. combine the flour, milk, eggs, cinnamon and vanilla in a bowl. Slice banana. Heat a non-stick pan with spray oil. Pour in batter and place banana slices on top of pancakes. Cook. |
