Here's a healthier version of pancakes. Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 cup skim milk |
1 egg |
1 tablespoon canola oil |
1 mashed banana |
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients. 2. Add wet ingredients. 3. Pour onto hot griddle. |
