Whole Wheat Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients:
1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups whole walnuts
6 large bananas, mashed
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 deg F.
2. Mix all dry ingredients together.
3. Add remaining ingredients.
4. mix until well blended.
5. Coat regular size loaf pans with butter flavored cooking spray.
6. Fill bunt pan evenly and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out dry.
7. Take bread out of pan and put on cooling rack or eat when hot.
