A low fat recipe for muffins using whole wheat pastry flour Ingredients:
3 small bananas |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce |
1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mash bananas and mix with sugar and applesauce until blended. 3. Mix flour, salt and soda together. Fold into banana mixture. 4. Scoop into lined muffin tins. 5. Bake or 25 minutes. |
