Whole Wheat Banana Muffins |

Moist and Yummy!! Ingredients:
6 mashed bananas |
2 eggs (lightly beaten) |
1/3 cup melted butter |
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup white sugar |
1 1/2 cups white flour |
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda |
1 1/3 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375. 2. Mix dry ingredients, in a medium sized bowl and set aside. 3. Mix mashed banana, sugar and eggs. 4. Add melted butter and applesauce. 5. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until moistened. 6. Bake for approximately 18-20 minutes. |
