No sugar, no white flour, just goodness! Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour |
1/4 cup golden flax seed meal |
1/4 cup wheat germ |
1/2 cup oats |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon clove |
2 mashed bananas |
2 eggs |
1 cup milk |
1/3 cup honey |
2/3 cup chopped nuts |
Directions:
1. Mix flour, flax, oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and cloves. 2. Add nuts. 3. Mix eggs, milk, honey, bananas. 4. Stir into dry ingredients. 5. Bake at 375°F for approx 20 minutes. |
