YUMMY QUICK FILLING DINNER!!! Ingredients:
2 ounces whole wheat pasta |
1 teaspoon olive oil |
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar |
1 cup cherry tomatoes |
1 cup broccoli florets |
1/4 cup carrots |
1 garlic clove |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta. 2. In separate pan sautée olive oil, tomatoes, broccoli and carrots. 3. drain pasta once cooked. 4. toss vegetables with pasta and vinegar |
