YUMMY QUICK FILLING DINNER!!!
Ingredients:
2 ounces whole wheat pasta
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 cup broccoli florets
1/4 cup carrots
1 garlic clove
Directions:
1. Cook pasta.
2. In separate pan sautée olive oil, tomatoes, broccoli and carrots.
3. drain pasta once cooked.
4. toss vegetables with pasta and vinegar
