whole wheat oatmeal pancakes Ingredients:
1/4 c whole wheat flour |
1/4 c quick oatmeal |
1/2 tbsp sugar |
1/4 tsp baking soda |
1/4 tsp baking powder |
1/2 c skim milk |
1 egg white |
1/2 tsp vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. mix dry ingredients in a bowl. 2. mix wet ingredients in another bowl. 3. mix dry into wet. 4. heat griddle on low flame thoroughly 5. cook slowly. 6. flip when bubbles form |
